Transportation
Verida is the non-emergency transportation broker for Fulton County, Georgia. It assigns transportation for our Medicaid Members. Fellowship Senior Services has two vans available to initiate transportation within a 15-mile radius for our Medicaid Members if the broker cannot assign an appropriate non-emergency transportation provider for the member on time for service to start.
For our private members, transportation is available within a 15-mile radius for ambulatory clients who attend at least three days per week.
The rates are as follows:
– $25 one-way for ambulatory clients
– $35 one-way for wheelchair clients
The Veteran Administration pays for transportation for all VA members.
*Due to limited wheelchair space, transportation service is only available to wheelchair clients who attend five days per week.
