Adult Daycare Services:
Up to 8 hours: 8 am to 4 pm, including AM snack, Lunch and PM Snack.
*Service fees are based on the member’s level of care.
Level 1 $65.00 a day
Level 2 $80.00 a day
*Fee does not include transportation.
Please make an appointment for a tour, for level of care assessment, and to apply for Medicaid or VA eligibility.
